• Manage end-to-end immigration processes, offering comprehensive support from the initial consultation phase through eligibility assessments, technical advisory drafting, and the preparation of all immigration documentation.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on immigration-related matters.
• Deliver personalized and high-quality advisory services to multinational clients, including industry leaders such as Volvo, Petronas, and Weatherford.
• Manage expatriate-related affairs, including MDEC, Immigration, ESD, MIDA, etc.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian immigration regulations, and oversee the entire process of entry and departure from Malaysia to guarantee adherence to legal requirements and seamless cross-border movements.
Provide advice to a variety of clients and help them make informed investment decisions, as well as assist clients in establishing their investment objectives and propose funds that are suitable to the clients based on their risk appetite.
Identify client needs, advise them on investment strategies, establish long-term goals, and maintain a close relationship with clients.
Promote the product and seek prospective clients through educational copywriting on various social media platforms.
• Prepare and draft cause papers including affidavits and written submissions.
• Vet and prepare agreements relating to projects, as well as drafted legal letters such as letters proposing settlements, tenancy related matters, and JV
• Liaised with external lawyers for the companys court-related matters.
Performed extensive legal research in preparation for trials and hearings.
Prepared and drafted legal arguments and documents including pleadings, appeals, loan agreements, and settlement agreements.
Attended case managements & e-Reviews and managed filing of cause papers through the e-Filing Kehakiman system.
Independently handled and provided legal guidance to clients and ensured cases progress are well communicated to them.
