Project: Fadhili Saudi ARAMCO Gas Plant Industrial Support facilities (EPC Project). Brief: Construction of oil& gas plant support facilities, permanent buildings with precast elements, space frames, steel structures corresponding to admin building, power operation building, IT building, central maintenance buildings, fire station, fuel stations, transportation building, gym, workshops, pre-engineering buildings (PEB), military force security gates houses& systems, electrical rooms, substations, associated interior fit-out& furnishing works, overhead transmission tower (OHTT) lines, underground HV 115KV network, street lightings, roads, fence, landscape works and installation of network pipes (RTR, uPVC, HDPE, DI etc.), precast& cast-in-situ RC manholes, valve chambers for potable, sewer, fire, irrigation lines and execution of all associated infrastructure works for Fadhili Gas Plant.
Client : Saudi ARAMCO Project Value : SAR 580 million April 2016 - January 2017 QUANTITY SURVEYOR AL MUHAIDIB, Contracting Saudi Arabia Project: Fadhili Gas plant Saudi ARAMCO (SAPMT) Camp construction. Brief: Construction and installation of prefab buildings (Suite rooms, Kitchen, Dining hall, Gym, Meeting rooms, Clinic), Fire Station, associated interior fit-out& furnishing works, correlated sewerage treatment plant (STP), substations, lifting stations, street lightings, roads, synthetic running track, volleyball court, fences, underground MV, LV cables networks, installation of pipes networks (RTR, uPVC etc.), GRP and RC manholes, valve chambers for storm, sewer, potable, fire, irrigation networks and landscaping and execution of all associated infrastructure works for the ARAMCO Camp.
Project: 1 National Institute of Technology (NIT) Campus Zone-4 Developments. Brief: Construction of MBA block, finishing works of the auditorium, inter-lock paving, roads, drainage, septic tanks and demolition and maintenance works of existing buildings for the NIT campus.
