Acquiring the client’s agreement with every major initiative through projects. Leading the engagement team, keeping them fully updated in regards to all feedback coming from the client and ensuring that they adhere to the client’s expectations. Assigning team members with specific tasks within the project and deploy resources from other teams i.e. specialist consultants in order to work with the client.

An emergency response mission, Handicap International is assisting Syria crisis affected populations in Jordan since May 2012. I joined the mission to implement a strategic technology initiatives to facilitate data management, security, and safety;
Main Duties:
- Provides leadership in planning, scheduling and managing IT operations, held multifaceted responsibilities to implement and administer enterprise network infrastructure that support more than 250 users, having high availability database servers, in clustered environment and 4 remote locations ensuring uptime and load balancing. Leading full physical installation of the network
- Plan and implement network security, including building firewalls, applying cryptography to network applications, managing host security, file permissions, offsite and cloud backup and disaster recovery plans, file system integrity, and user management
- Install, configure, and maintain database servers, backup servers, file servers, exchange server, Ethernet networks, and other related equipment, devices, and systems;
- Install, configure and administer a high available Microsoft Exchange 2013 utilizing DAG infrastructure.
- Install, configure and administer Microsoft SQL server with high-availability in clustered environment, implemented complete life cycle; client/server and database applications
- Engineering a virtual private network solution between four sites utilizing Fortigate, and cisco routers
- Establishing IT policies, which defined acceptable use of IT assets within the organization
