Identifying and analyzing the variations
Negotiate with consultant and Issuing MCI (Main Contractors Instruction), for the design variations
Preparation of claims with reference to Qatar Standard Condition of Contract
Participate in meetings with consultant and sub-contractor for substantiation
Preparation of variation orders for subcontractor
Attending joint measurement activities with consultant and sub-contractor.

Duties and Responsibilities
Measurement of Quantities from the tender drawings, construction drawing and other (Using SMM7, CESMM3).
Assisting in preparation of pre-tender cost estimation and Priced Bill of Quantities based on past projects and Suppliers’ quotations.
Identifying the variations, Preparing V.O’s and negotiate with Consultant.
Reviewing of subcontractors Confirmation verbal instructions (CVI).
Make a smooth coordination with Consultant and Sub-contractor and resolving problems.
