Working as a warehouse head to monitor the warehouse activities as per laid down SOPs. Stocks handled of more than 5 plants different types of production, and their Raw Materials and Finished Goods. To control the all incoming goods and managing the Finish Good dispatches as per the schedule of Supply chain to meet the customer requirements.
Basic Functions:
To ensure proper ordering, receipt, GRN, handling, storage, issues, dispatches Local & Export, record keeping of all sorts of materials and smooth running of stores.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To plan, managed and supervise the work at all Warehouses/Stores.
2. Streamline day-to-day store activities and provide related information to the management without any delay.
3. Provide best possible services to the concerned departments through smooth functioning of Warehouse/Stores operation.
4. To ensure proper stacking of material in warehouses/Stores.
5. To ensure cleanliness and good housekeeping of warehouses/Stores.
6. To handle complaints about stores on priority.
7. To ensure and update the work procedures/Policy implementation in the Warehouse/Stores.
8. To ensure that all operations of Warehouse/Stores are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
9. To extend cooperation with Internal / External Auditors for Annual verification of Stocks on monthly, Half yearly & Annually.
10. To co-ordinate with MR for implementation of ISO.
11. To ensure to perform duties assigned by COO or any other senior in addition to above mentioned functions.
To control the Inventories of Appliances and Power Divisions (Refrigerator, Deep Freezers, Switch Gear, Transformer, & general items local & imported raw materials in MRCS software.
Worked as a Store Incharge in Irfan Textiles Pvt. Ltd., Lahore
To Manage & Control the Main Store, Accessory Store, chemical, finished goods, with computerized system.
Worked as a Store Keeper in Iram Textile Pvt. Ltd., Lahore.
To manage & control the Main Store, Accessory Stores, Dyes & Chemical Store through Manual Inventory control system, stocks was also maintained through system as well.
Worked as a Computer Operator in Tariq Glass Industries Ltd., (Toyo Nasic) in Head Office Lahore.
Being a computer operator (Marketing department) in Toyo Nasic prepared the Cash Flow statement, official letters, LC's documentation, Delivery Orders, etc.
Conducted the Internship in Packages Limited, Lahore after B.Com in 1995.
Worked as a Machine Operator in Tablets making section as per production plans.
I have completed my B.com in 1995, from Lahore Punjab.
