Plan, organize and manage all operational activities for the construction of the project
within the site Managing and monitoring all ongoing and planned activities
- Define, with the Project Manager and the headquarters services structures, the
detailed construction program
- Define, in collaboration with the site Manager, the needs in terms of quantity and quality of resources on the construction site, logistic structures, local transport, communications, coordinating with HR and Logistics for the related acquisition and programming.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans and schedule
- Managing and monitoring all ongoing and planned activities
- Managing, Organizing, attending and participating in management meetings
- Following up on important actions and decisions
- Developing project strategies
- Ensuring project adhere to framework and provide appropriate solution based on
project risk assessment
- Ensure that all safety measures are applied by site personnel, monitoring compliance
with the legislation in force
Train mechanical engineer to piping courses, regarding to construction activities, read different plans (isos’s, P&ID, GA’s .....), And use PROCAD 2D DESIGNER.
In order to prepare and execute some piping segments inside some small plants like (water treatment unit, power station unit....)
Reviewing IFC piping drawings (isometrics, P&ID’s, PFD’s, GA’s).
Providing technical assistance to piping supervisors at technical office.
Coordinating with all disciplines related to piping systems.
Responsible for all piping activities and liaise with engineering and client
Responsible for design and draft isometrics and GA drawings for several small projects (truck unloading facilities).
Reviewing all IFC piping drawings (isometrics, GA’s, P&ID’s, etc...) and liaise with client and engineering team for (North Alhuseen LPG project).
Responsible for starting up spoolgen software on site(check system performance, configurations).
Reviewing IFC piping drawings (isometrics, P&ID’s, PFD’s, GA’s).
Liaise with the SAIPEM engineering team staff based in Paris head office.
Prepare isometrics for construction and fabrication.
Spooled isometrics (600, 000inches) by hand + spoolgen.
Generate material reports and prepare material lists.
Extract data for workshop + site (inches, weight, length, numbers of spools).
Coordinate with disciplines related to piping systems.
Training engineers on spoolgen software.
Responsible for preparing isometrics for construction & fabrication.
Spooled isometrics (330, 000inches) by hand + spoolgen.
Prepare and follow lines according area and systems.
Extract data for workshop + site (inches, weight, length, numbers of spools).
Generate construction + spools drawings.
Generate material reports and prepare material lists.
Coordinate with disciplines related to piping systems.
Training engineers on spoolgen software.
Good knowledge with area classification.
Good knowledge with relevant ASME, API, and ANSI codes and standards.
Responsible for design and maintenance some of refrigeration and A/C systems.
Head of machines department.
Responsible for preparing technical offers when tendering for
drilling machine advertised by Syrian government .
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Option: design and Production), from Tishreen University - Lattakia-Syria on 2005.
