•Maintain records and compile statistical reports regarding the projects (services) requested by other departments to be done (new Build /Refurbishment/ modification).
•Creation of purchase requests, work orders, and material issues as per deemed necessary for the projects in hand as well as the Engineering Dept. requirements
•Follow-up and update respective Engineering staff with the status on all of the requested orders on weekly basis.
•Handling all of the engineering personnel expenses starting from request of such expense and management approval till closure/ settlement with the finance dept.
•Responsible for the Engineering Dept. advance / petty cash and ensuring that company procedures and rules are followed.
•Follow-up on the Engineering and Maintenance staff presence and absences in the HQ and the fabrication yard.
•Act as liaison between the HR and the Engineering & Maintenance staff vacations, sick leaves, medical needed approvals, and vise verse ( HR requests )
•Administer Engineering and Maintenance Staff compensation, field bounces and over time both internally and externally.
•Upon announcement or release, provide current employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, and employee benefits.
•Looking after the stationary and IT requirements for the Dept.
•Maintain a proper record / filling of all related activities or as instructed by the Dept. Manager
•Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates, etc.
•When requested, act as liaison between day-to-day operations and Management.
