Planning Project activities viz. scoping, estimation, risk management,
tracking, change management & pos implementation support.
Implementing project plans within present budgets and deadlines.
• Monitoring smooth implementation of the project at site locat ion and
providing offshore support. Maintaining documentation on process &
procedures.
• Heading the project, acting as a SPOC/owner for infra related
incident/problems/changes; trend analysis in this area of
incident/problems/changes and suggested the team for right corrective
action accordingly to the process.
• Vendor Management -Track /review delivered and support performance
against SLAs.
• Monthly / fortnightly review with Reginal business manager / reginal
Operations Team & Team.
• Asset management - Monthly basis internally audit & scrap assets as per
audit compliance.
• Assets match with the books of account & Capitalize assets with help of
Finance Team.
• Managing the annual maintenance contract and managing services.
• Building and enhancing the relationship with distributors/vendors to
support the operation & new sites (New store opening).
• Managing Team of 39 resources
• Monthly invoicing.
• Provide technical support.
• 40 New stores sites successfully opened within last 2 Years.
