Obtain a correct understanding of the client’s requirements.
Ensure that the documentation received for orders/enquiries is sufficiently informative / detailed to allow for the efficient processing for the work.
Attend pre‐quote / pre‐installation surveys / meetings.
Carefully reviewing scope of projects and other factors that influenced cost of Proposal from bid documentation
Preparation and Submission of Technical Bid according to Client/ Consultant Requirements
Detailed Quantity takeoff using Plan swift or AutoCAD in order to Estimate the project.
Estimating & costing different projects in tender stage.
Costing different packages on RAI.
Sending enquires for the quotation from sub-contractors/Suppliers.
Assisting senior engineers in preparing rate analysis of different work packages
Assist Estimation Manager with a range of other duties as may be required from time to time.
Pre Tendering
Preparation of tender bid and Proposals.
Reviewing scope of projects, drawings, specifications and other factors that influenced cost of proposals from bid documentation.
Detailed Quantity takeoff for overall Projects to allow for proper project control of materials and manpower requirements.
Preparing Bill of Quantities, Rate Analyzing and Costing.
Sending queries to consultant/client.
Sending enquires for the quotation from sub-contractors/Suppliers.
Responsible for preparation of Bill of Quantities for various packages
Post Tendering
Prepare BOQ's for job in hand Projects
Compare the tenders Documents with the actual documents Issued for Construction and forward to client if any additional Claims.
Preparation of Variation Claims.
Prepare Budget Cost in coordination with HO Estimation Department
Sub-contractors' Quotation evaluation, comparison, negotiation of price & preparation of Bid Summary for approval from HO
Assist in Preparation of Sub-contractors/Client Interim Payment Certificate.
Sub-contractors Running Bills.
Preparation of BOM for Civil works & BBS for structural elements
Executing the RCC Works s as per the approved drawings
Site Supervision/Execution, checking and assuring the work as per the specifications and drawings.
Conversant with Architect and Structural Drawings
Coordinating with Sub contractor for smooth flow of work.
Monitoring Daily progress of site
Ensuring that all work is done without wastage of Material.

Responsibilities:
Executing & supervising all RCC works as per the Approved Drawings.
Executing brick Masonry.
Execution of finishing items like Plastering, Flooring, Painting.
Subcontractor Bills as per actual work done
Quantity & Estimation.
Execution of Asphalt road within the Society.
