Administered Microsoft SCCM servers for client/agent installation, software distribution, creation of advertisements and collections, hardware/software inventory and software updates.

•Tests and QA SCCM software packages on multiple platforms for release deployment, Plan and deploy patch updates approved by stakeholders.
•Monitoring component operations in SCCM servers and reviewing the logs.
•Change Management - Ensures all Normal changes are reviewed prior CAB meeting. Implementation plan, back out plan, impact and schedule are defined. Standard changes are CAB reviewed.
•Day to day software and patch deployment to the client machine and trouble shoot the user deployment issues
•Provided 3rd level infrastructure support, and assisted in the maintenance and troubleshooting of SCCM, and client workstations; possess good understanding of the SCCM infrastructure including boundaries, site server roles, and parent/child relationships in order to troubleshoot SCCM related issues.
•Installed and Configured WSUS Servers for Microsoft Patches.
Nature of Duties
•Creation of SCCM software Application, Collection and Advertisement (Deploy) for UAT and release deployment.
•Created packages, Programs and the distributed the content to Distribution points and deployed to User and Device.
•Installing/Removing Site Server roles on SCCM sites in hierarchy as per the request we get and also troubleshooting if any issues are found Site Server roles on any of the sites in the hierarchy
•Create package, programs, collections and deployments in SCCM, Perform Software distribution and ensure successful deployment to end assets.
•Troubleshooting of SCCM Client pushes and software and/or update deployments using error logs to correct the issues.
•Installing/Removing Site Server roles on SCCM sites in hierarchy as per the request we get and also troubleshooting if any issues are found Site Server roles on any of the sites in the hierarchy.
•Collections in SCCM 2012 R2Responsible for managing and maintenance of daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
•Troubleshooting Site server’s/client health issues.
•Maintain the health of existing SMS/SCCM servers and clients.
•Updating systems using the Software Updates feature in SCCM.
Nature of Duties
•User Management & Authentication in Active Directory through SAP Net Weaver Identity Management (IDM) tool and daily operational support and troubleshooting.
•MS Patching/ Compliance Reporting and Patching Remediation in SCCM 2012r2.
•Maintaining SCCM Patch activities, Working towards Non-Compliance SCCM machines
•Management of Active Directory domain controller FSMO roles
•Administration of OU’s, Groups, Containers, Domains, and other using Active Directory.
•Windows OS and AD Incident/Production Management.
•Troubleshooting slow performance of windows servers.
•Enabling Trust relationships between domains.
•Providing Share permissions and security permissions for folder shares.
•Incident escalation and progress monitoring.
•Installing, Configuring and Managing AD/DHCP/DNS Services.
•AD Replication monitoring and regular health checks as per standard procedures.
•Creating group policies and implementation as per standard procedures.
•Coordinating with different lines of services with SLA.
•Daily Operating System alerts handling and response.
