Heat Load Calculations using Carrier HAP 4.40 Software.
Equipment selection as per the heat load.
Calculations for Room pressurization
ESP Calculations for AHUs & Ventilation Fans.
Design Sizing Calculations of A/C Ducting & Piping Systems.
Prepare HVAC layouts and installation detail drawings.
Procurement, Inspection.
Material submittals and ensure their compliance with Specifications and Contract Documents.
Material procurement
Preparing the FAT and commissioning procedures.
Inspection of the HVAC equipment & HAVC control panel at factory.
Co ordination with the E & I discipline for control philosophy.
Construction Engineering
Lead the construction team (Site Engineers/Supervisors/Forman’s/Technicians)
Prepare construction schedule and manpower/material optimization
Maintain the Implementation of Safety Plan, ITP & QC Plan
Monitor the site construction activities
Attend the meeting with Client representatives and review the progress of the Project
Prepare the method statement for the installation of HVAC systems.
Inspection of site works with the client
Commissioning
Carry out commissioning activities as per the commissioning procedures.
Prepare As-Built Drawings.
Prepare Project Hand Over Documents.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management

Progress Reporting.
Design & Engineering

Commissioning of the HVAC system.
Snag list clearing issued by client.
Preparation of the final documentation.
Handing over of the site.
