Performing recruitment including posting jobs, sourcing, shortlisting and arranging for interviews.

On boarding of new hires
New Hire Package and Transaction update/verification in HRMS System.
Assist with processing leave request, salary transfer letter and other HR administrational requests from Employees.
Assist in preparing Employee documents for RERA Renewal.
Assist in preparing HR Reports namely Gratuity tracking, Leave Report and PIN Report.
Assist in filing of both current and old Employee documents.
Assist and perform tasks related to Payroll, Employee Records Management, Leaves and Benefits.
Post Jobs via job portals such as Brassring, Linkedin etc.
Well versed in screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates for IT Projects.
Well versed in coordinating between teams to get the job done.
Preparation of annual training calendar and facilitating the training program and preparing required reports to track the training effectiveness.
Designing the workforce planning for the IT team to take up new HR projects.
Keep track of the change request files and coordinate to get required approvals and follow up till the rollout stage till smooth transition occurs for the new system.
Compare system report with business report and detect the reason for mismatch.
Engage in system improvement of online system.
Prepare MIS and other report for senior Management.
Participate in setting performance for the team with manager.
Shortlist resources and conduct interviews.
Liaising with vendor for custom enhancement requests.
Provide hands on Training for New Hires and orientation for Onboarding.
Prepare reports on monthly basis and submit to senior management.
Absorbing Business user requirements and transforming to functional requirements.
