Overall, the software was deployed with all Lease Financial and Non-Financial data extraction in the desired format, with 85% accuracy. This triple the production in the abstraction process, in turn improving profits. Drawn and implemented Lease Autoabstract Tool (LAT) which reduced the lease abstraction time from 6 hours per abstract to 3 hours per abstract (50% reduction) with double the production.
I am well experienced in handling US Real Estate Market.
