• Receive and inspect incoming goods for quantity, quality, and type specifications.
• Accurately record data and details of inventory movements in the system.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory to maximize space usage.
• Monitor and maintain up-to-date records of stock levels and transactions.
• Prepare and manage periodic physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with procurement and other departments to forecast inventory needs.

Responsible for checking the quality of goods received from our suppliers, Create purchase orders, Arrange store items as required by safety practices, Write receiving report, Issue used goods from SAP, Create GR for suppliers invoices, Take Inventory for every week, check the temperature and humidity of store and report when there is deviations, check expiry date of receiving and store items and also follow FIFO/FEFO method
