- Receive Import LC, Export LC and Amendments duly approved by Advances Department.
- Check the terms and conditions of LC and amendments applications.
- Put the date and time stamp and verify signatures of the applicant via ALEBSAR system.
- Obtain name of correspondent bank from BRD for advising/confirming bank for the foreign LCs.
- Register LC and prepare draft and vouchers in Tradewind system at the moment.
- Obtain insurance policy for LC from insurance company - applicant and fax the LCs to them.
- Follow up receipt of the insurance policy with the insurance company.
- Forward specimen signatures to the advising and beneficiaries bank by courier.
- Maintaining LC files
- Following up the swift messages, sending, receiving and replying.
- Process shipment guarantees and releases it to the authorized person.
- Process letter of guarantee (ILG, OLG).
- Inward Bill Collection (IBC).
- Process ILC and ELC negotiation (ILN, ELN)
- Forward acceptance to the applicant.
- Process ILN and ELN payment (settlement).
- Ability to Check (import/export) Documents
