packing lists and certifications related to chemicals &
fertilizers and toys with accordance to the customer
and/or LCs requirements.
• Timely preparation of import documentation and
authorization for all air and sea shipments globally.
• Prepare and maintaining a delivery schedule and
communicating to all relevant customers and
suppliers.
• Deliver against Company KPIs.
• Verification of all freight invoices.
• Maintenance of data requirements and ensuring
integrity at all times.
• Maintenance of records.
• Continual review of shipping dates and reporting
exceptions.
• Review the ‘value’ offered by existing suppliers,
ensuring purchasing remains globally competitive.
• Assisting with the re-negotiating of terms of
business/service level agreements and performance
evaluation and taking corrective action as required.

General:
• Develop and implement appropriate procedures,
specifications, and SOPs.
• Data collection, data analysis and reporting to
inform supply planning.
• Financial controlling, budget review.
• Collaborate with authorities, Interact with

• Provide regulatory support for any assigned active
ingredients, manufacturing-use and/or end-user

• Making the transportation of goods cost-effective,
and the goods are safely and efficiently transported

• Organize and manage the transport by air, road, or

efficiency.
• Keep a track of transported goods, the payments
delivered, and maintains the bills for the same.
• Make a proper survey and research of transportation
