Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO,
including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client
management, and other company logistics.
Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as
well as content and flow of information to senior executives.
Manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities,
including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
Provide administrative and office support, such as typing,
dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of
filing system and contacts database.
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all
materials.
Organize team communications and plan events, both internal
and off-site.
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for the CEO, screening and prioritizing incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes. Attend meetings as necessary and follow up on action items.Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations, including flights, hotel reservations, and transportation.Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Project Support: Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
