•Handling Talent Acquisition starting with posting the vacancies until the onboarding and induction process along with preparation of the Employment Contracts and legal documents.
• Liaising with IT for the creation/deletion of emails and granting/denying access to new joiners or leavers.
• Coordinating with Management for attendance updates, payroll, salary range budgets, increments, incentives, reimbursements, and expenses.
• Updating the system of any amendments or additions regarding internal policies, certain procedures, holidays, and memos.
• Handling employee relations through arranging meetings, team building activities, managing conflicts, addressing misconduct or non-compliance, and other miscellaneous requests.
• Performing legal and administrative tasks such as issuing employment contracts, contract renewals and terminations, NSSF registration, and finalizing all legal procedures with the company’s attorney.
• Following up on evaluations, workshops, and trainings set for team members by their head of departments.
-Handling talent acquisition to establish \[IYUNO/Beirut\] team of In-house Subtitling Editors and Freelance Translators and insuring
diversity and inclusion policy is respected.
-Leading, onboarding and induction of new team members, in addition to monitoring and evaluating their peformance.
-Coordinate with \[IYUNO/Malaysia\] for attendance reports, payroll and transfer, benefits, reimbursements, and expenses including weekly headcount and SAP.
-In charge of updating the system of all our official and sudden holidays and arranging special events and team activities (such as
Employee Appreciation Week).
-Seeking IYUNO brand expansion and reputation through various programs such as iSERVE program to serve a part in social
responsibility.
-Coordinating with \[IYUNO/Korea\] to set and implement HR strategies and all company updates, requirements, activities, online trainings, e-meetings, presentations, new ideas and upgraded HR practices.
-Sending out a weekly report to my Global Director of Operations Manager and Global HR Manager.
-Handling the office rental quotations and visits for relocation of our branch.
-Received coaching on Gallup Strengths Based Leadership program and coached my team using the same material.
-Following-up with the consultant on our incorporation process.
-Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the Top Management strategy
-Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
-Managing the recruitment and selection process
-Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, preservation of human capital, and nurturing a positive working environment
-Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
-Monitoring payroll and attendance records
-Maintaining pay plan and benefits program
-Reporting to management and providing decision support
-Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
-Conducting performance appraisal through a systematic evaluation system
-Participating in executive, management, and company staff meetings.
-Serving as part of the interview team for position finalists or any employee selection committees or meetings
Major Duties:
- Responsible for maintaining day to day administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and support municipal operations.
- Reports to the Director of Finance and is responsible for assisting with preparation of financial statements, supervising the payroll and personnel administration, purchasing, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operations.
- Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
- Supports human resources processes by administering tests; scheduling appointments; conducting orientation; maintaining records and information.
- Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
Update Personnel (new employees, memos, attendance program, vacations), preparing salary certificates and wirk certificates, preparing letters sent to the bank, and assisting my General Manager.
I also received calls from customers for the support team and wrote reports about them.
I made hotel reservations and prepared shenghen visa as I also organised the Christmas gathering event and all of it's activities.
