1. Supporting all the Administration related matters.
2. Coordinating with plant, earthwork and civil departments for the attendance of hourly paid employees.
3. Filling the time cards, getting approval from the Head of Departments and submitted to head office before cutoff date for JV employees and Hired Employees.
4. Coordinating with other labor supply companies regarding the mobilization and demobilization of hired employees and their salary and attendance issues.
5. Maintaining the record of the equipment’s on different working junctions.
6. Maintaining the record of daily activity done by employees and equipment.
7. Maintaining the check list of equipment and there daily working KM and Hours.
8. Making daily reports and submitting them to their Head of departments, Engineers and Consultants.
9. Arranging food for the staff and labors according to their shifts and working location.
10. Maintaining the record of employees going on leave or leave returned or resigned or terminated employees.
11. Arranging potable, sewerage water tankers and also waste disposal skips.
12. Arranging transportation for labors and staff from camp to site.
Submitting all the medical certificates of sick employees to the head office.

8. Arrangement for new arrival Staff and workers to pick up them from the Airport.

9. Coordinate with H.O for accommodation related issues.

10. Coordinate with C.M and head office for the transfer of employees

11. Coordinate with C.M and planning regarding manpower requirement schedules.
