● Consulting role included conducting internal research by interviewing client’s employees, management teams, and other stakeholders; collecting and analyzing data; researching competitors and industry trends (through first- hand observation and interviews); developing and implementing effective employee training programs; and providing other services within areas of expertise as required.

● Directed all functions of the company including prospecting new business, presenting proposals to C-Level executives, negotiating agreements, and managing all client portfolios with close attention to details.

● Developed a portfolio consisting of several international accounts in diverse industries: travel and tourism, retail, food and beverage, telecom, multimedia and entertainment, health and wellness.

● Spearheaded all marketing initiatives, including market research and analysis, the design of new marketing collateral, lifestyle brand development and management, and direct marketing.

● Trained and managed the internal team to consistently exceed client expectations, leading to 100% client retention.

● Took initiative to generate new business throughout North America and Europe by meeting with key decision makers of private jet charter companies and representing the company at Luxury Travel and Aviation Trade Shows.
