- Following up with accounts payables payments and receivables collection
- Payroll preparation

- Sales Control: Master - Visa - Amex - Cash - Cheque reconciliation. Controlling sales vouchers at POS; sales entry control

- Purchases control: control customs declarations making sure that the rate and customs declared by the government were as estimated. Purchases entry control (customs/invoice/insurance) related to the shipment; suppliers’ reconciliation and payment

- Bank statement reconciliation - Cash /check /Visa-Amex-Master deposit reconciliation

- VAT preparation and declaration

- Salaries Tax declaration for CNSS and Ministry of Finance

- Payroll preparation and payment

- Yearly declarations / providing Profit and Loss statement

- Preparing different reports in addition to bank reconciliation, vendors and customers reconciliation

- Executing daily transactions and LC openings

- Handling various kinds of tax declarations including VAT and Salary taxation

- Being in charge of financial transactions, bank accounts, and operating activities in the absence of the chief accountant
