Identification of the most vulnerable people in need: I maintain a wide network of local contacts (Chawichs of camps, ressource persons, health centers, others NGO….).
•Assessment of basic and specific needs: I make assessment of the basic and specific needs, socio-economic vulnerability of identified beneficiaries and their families according to beneficiaries priorities( HPQ Assessment), giving particular attention to any protection concerns.
•Information and referral : Provide information on the services available in the area of intervention, both from INGOs and local organizations or institutions to refugees.
-In Arsal, I make multiple referral to: -IRC about education, child protection
-ICRC about Orthotics and prosthesis and shelter.
-UNHCR about cash assistance and treatment dose of cancer, & registration of urgent case to benefit the beneciary of health services.
-TDH & local Syrian organization about psycho-social support for the children.
-MSF concerning the medication for chronic diseases.
-Health Centers in Arsal : Al Maydani Hospital, Al Rahme Hospital, Al Amal Association, al Salam center, New Arsal, concerning surgery, consultation of specific doctors, pt session…
-Then I Follow up the referred cases to be sure that the beneficiary are received the service.
•Team organization and reporting : Organize the team workload through a precise weekly plan and fill daily the internals reporting tools.
•Follow up and Quality Control of Local Partners’ performance : Visit local partners on regular basis to support them.
•Data management.
•Stock management : good reception of the items and their appropriate storage in the stock, Track all the movement of items from the stock with paper and electronic documentation, Produce weekly reconciliation tool, matching donation certificates, weekly report and stock reporting.
•Work with an ethic and professional practice
