• Provide first line support onsite and off-hour support on a 24x7 basis
• Lead the technical team for the migration of the POS software and hardware
• Manage, maintain, and support the Linux servers running the Enterprise server applications.
• Manage, maintain, and support the IT operations of the retail outlets of the company
• Responsible for the Linux and Novell Servers running in the Stores
• Provide complete and accurate documentation of all installation and development activity of the In-house developed POS software.
• Support the technical staff of other countries and regions.
• Provide hardware and software troubleshooting methodologies and end user support
• Provide technical lead and procedures for infrastructure intensive projects like large shopping malls
• Provide training infrastructure to the training team, whenever the training arrangements are required
• Lead a team of specialists for Store Support
