▪Managing overall activities pertaining to testing, maintenance and management of PLC system, SCADA, VFD, process control, process field instruments and electrical feeders & panels.
▪Hardware configuration, PLC programming, logic modification, bypassing of process interlocks and Configuring SCADA as per requirement.
▪Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of all Electrical and Process Instrumentation products like motors, drives, LV/MV switchgear, solenoid valves, actuators and sensors like proximity, pressure, level, flow switch, etc.
▪Responsible for troubleshooting and calibration of plant instruments and weighing systems like RTD, TC, PID, Controllers, weighfeeder, etc.
▪Responsible for planning, scheduling and job supervision for the execution of maintenance work to be carried out on E&I equipment.
▪Responsible to provide plant related spare parts and monitoring inventory to order materials
▪ Panel desingning, wiring and maintaining project documentation and drawings.
Machine Automation and integration, PLC and HMI programming, Instruments installation and commissioning.
Automation and system Integration of OEM equipements, Development of PLC Program and Configuring HMI and SCADA, commissioning, Installation, Cabling, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Client handling, Assist business developement.
