Implementation of Project ITP
Monitoring of coating equipment and calibration of the coating equipment for day-to-day use
Safeguarding of coating equipment
Responsible for sending coating equipment for third-party calibration and maintaining a master list of equipment
Responsible for performing various laboratory tests such as Differential Scanning Calorimetry Test, Flexibility test, Impact test, Pull-Off Adhesion test, Hot water test, Particle size analysis, and Density Test
Responsible for sending equipment for third-party calibration and maintaining the equipment master list
Inspection of blasting material and coating raw materials
Monitoring the storage condition and the shelf-life of raw materials as per product data sheet
Inspection of coating surface before and after blasting for any steel defects
Raising Non-Conformance reports for materials received with steel defects
Monitoring the climatic conditions such as Humidity, Steel Temperature, and dew point prior to blast cleaning of the surface
Inspection of the surface cleanliness, surface roughness, Dust contamination, and Residual surface chloride after blasting as per client requirement.
Witnessing the primer application and coating application in line with manufacturer recommendations
Visual inspection of the coated surface for any coating defects as per approved ITP and Procedure
Inspection of Dry Film Thickness, Coating Discontinuity (Holiday) and Adhesion testing
Arranging stage-wise inspection & and clearance of documents, Maintaining all records of inspection and testing, and material preparation of daily & and weekly reports
Preparation of final release note for the accepted coated materials
