Finalization of Audited Accounts
● Management Accounts for decision making
● Projected Accounts
● Trend Analysis
● Tax Returns e-filing & submission
● Iris & WEBOC
● DLTL
● Withholding Income Tax
● Withholding Sales Tax
● Sales Tax Audit & Refund
● All Sales tax refund preparation in compliance with RMS for Manufacturer cum Exporter or
Export sector coupled with preparation of proceedings of FBR after refund applied.
● Income Tax Audit & Refund
● Legal & Statutory Returns
● Replication of Federal Board of Revenue matter
● Liaison with FBR Large Taxpayer Unit (LTU) Karachi
● E-Filing & Correspondence with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP)
● Financial controls for the organization.
● Finance Arrangements & Sale & Lease Back Arrangements
● Collaterals & Charge Creations against Finance or Lease
● Monitoring of Bank Facilities of (Standard Chartered Bank, BAHL, HBL, SAMBA & others
Pakistan)
● Fixed Asset Scheduling
● Capital Work in Progress
● Risk analysis
● Ratio Analysis
● Trade Debtors (Majors Multinational Pharmaceuticals) & Creditors periodical analysis
● Monitoring & recording of sales effectively with staff.
● Receivables & payables
● Local purchase & import & export
● Product (Analysis, Trend & future concerns)
● Electronic Payments, Monitoring and reviewing Letter of Credit (LC) process. Follow up of
collection, Warranty Claims & Insurance policies
● Coupled with Administrative & Corporate activities, e.g Foreigner's travelling &
accommodation arrangements, accomplishment of compliance for the new installations of
plant & machinery, construction & mapping assistance for the new installations or any
change, SEC registrations, Annual Return Submission, Formation & resignation of new &
existing Directors, Resolution of the Board of directors meeting etc.
● Corrective measures in all steps of work with complete coordination with departments.
Responsible for the Sales & Marketing of Mortgages, Running, Personal, Car & other financing
activities.
