Duties/Responsibilities:
*Duty Coverage (Dhaka, Chittagong & Sylhet Airport & City Office's) responsibilities:-
* Plan, organize, direct control and evaluate the operations of information systems.
* Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
* Technical & Helpdesk Leadership, Technical Project Management and IT Operations Recommended Practices.
* IT Auditing experience related to security policies compliance.
* MikroTik & NETGEAR Router, Tally Server (Accounts), WHM, cPanel, Mail Server, FTP & NAS Server (CentOS-6) Configure, & monitoring.
* Load-Balance, Bandwidth Control, Firewall & Log maintain in MikroTik.
* IP PABX Tunneling (via Linux Server) with other Branches.
* ROIP Server (Walkie-Talkie Voice Communication Server) for all Branches Maintenance & Troubleshooting.
* Overseeing all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Network & Wireless printers, photocopier, scanners, Access Control Devices, Multimedia Projectors, etc.
* Solve the considerably unsolved problems by juniors (IT-Officer & Trainee IT-Officer) Of Hardware and Software of this company's PC.
* Maintaining total network system and solve the all types of networking (LAN) problems Based on Media converter, MikroTik, Router, Switch and Access point.
* Computer Network Administering and Managing Wireless LAN, LAN/WAN/Radio Networking.
* LINUX mail & MySQL Database Server Maintenance.
* Queue Management Server, Kiosk, Token Control Unit Maintenance & Troubleshooting.
* Payroll and time attendance software and hardware troubleshooting.
* Network/CCTV/Proximity Machine/Printer (Network or Network less)/Scanner Trouble Shoot
* PABX Tunnel with other Branches
* Communicating with ISP for Bandwidth or Other communication issues.
* Designing, Implementing Internet Policies.
* User-wise Bandwidth Management.
* Checking and tuning flydubai, Bangladesh company domain & hosting etc.
* Data Backup & Restore all servers.
Buyer IT related audit & issue. IT policy apply, Direct the development, implementation and administration of all IT. Perform Project management of IT initiatives. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services. Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments.
Oversee hiring, staffing, training, disciplining and performance appraisals. Preparation and management of operating and capital budgets. Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancements Manage internal/external application upgrades. Define and improve all system and network operations processes. Negotiate contracts with manufacturers for all software, hardware and consulting services. Create strategic goals and convert to easily implemented plans. Manage external vendors relationships and services.
SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION (INCLUDING BACKUP, SECURITY MANAGEMENT, USER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, E-MAIL SYSTEMS INCLUDING E-MAIL WEB SERVER, INTERNET ACCESS, OFFICE SYSTEMS AND APPLICATIONS SUPPORT, MAINTAINING HTTP, POP3 SERVERS). TROUBLESHOOTING NETWORKING PROBLEMS INCLUDING E-MAIL, DNS, DHCP, EXCHANGE SERVER (MRTG), PROXY SERVER, FIREWALL, OS, DOMAIN CONTROL, VPN, FTP SERVER (SUPPORT TO USER FOR FILE SHARING AND PRINTER SHARING), SENDMAIL (SMTP), WEBMAIL, WEB SERVER ETC. AND DATABASE SERVER UNDER BOTH WINDOWS AND LINUX ENVIRONMENT. DEPLOYMENT OF BACKUP SOFTWARE IN NETWORK ENVIRONMENT BOTH LINUX & WINDOWS. DESIGN, IMPLEMENTATION AND MAINTENANCE OF OFFICE LAN, SERVERS, WORKSTATIONS AND OTHER EQUIPMENTS AND SERVICES AND RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WHOLE PHYSICAL NETWORKING (CABLING, INTERFACE, CONFIGURATIONS, TROUBLESHOOTING) SYSTEM SETUP AND MAINTENANCE OF WIRELESS & WIRED LAN, WIRELESS ROUTER, SWITCH & APPLICATION. INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION AND TROUBLESHOOTING OF MODEMS ( DIALUP, DSL, ADSL, SDSL, RADIO). ADMINISTER MAIL, WEB AND OTHER SERVERS; INSTALL HARDWARE, OPERATING SYSTEM AND OTHER SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS. ENSURING SYSTEMS SECURITY, AVAILABILITY AND PERFORMANCE. MAINTAINS NETWORK PERFORMANCE BY PERFORMING NETWORK MONITORING AND ANALYSIS, AND PERFORMANCE TUNING, TROUBLE SHOOTING NETWORK PROBLEMS, ESCALATING PROBLEMS TO EQUIPMENT & SYSTEM VENDOR. SECURES NETWORK BY DEVELOPING NETWORK ACCESS, MONITORING, CONTROL AND EVALUATION, MAINTAINING DOCUMENTATION. SUPPORTS SERVER, NETWORK AND DESKTOP HARDWARE, SOFTWARE AND APPLICATIONS. PLANS, DESIGNS AND IMPLEMENTS DATA CONNECTIVITY FOR LOCAL AREA NETWORK (LAN) AND WIDE AREA NETWORK (WAN) SYSTEMS.MANAGING ALL ASPECTS OF SYSTEMS MONITORING AND REPORTING (INCLUDING 24/7 SUPPORT FOR CRITICAL SERVICES)OVER THE (PHONE & INTERNET). MANAGING REMOTE AND ON-SITE SUPPORT, HELPDESK COORDINATION (TEAM VIEWER) AND PROVIDING REGULAR REPORTS THEREON.HARDWARE ASSEMBLING, INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION & TROUBLESHOOTING AND MAINTAIN CURRENT AND ACCURATE INVENTORY OF TECHNOLOGY HARDWARE.MAINTAINING IT SECURITY SURVEILLANCE (CCTV/ IP CAMERA NETWORK AND ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM) AND ALSO STORE ALL DATA IN ARCHIVE. DEVELOP ADMINISTRATIVE IT PROCEDURES/ POLICIES FOR RECURRING SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION ACTIVITIES TO STANDARDIZE COMPUTING SYSTEMS AND IT SERVICES AND PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE PROCUREMENT/ PURCHASE OF IT EQUIPMENT, HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE. PROVIDE INDIVIDUAL TRAINING AND SUPPORT ON REQUEST TO USERS FOR OPERATING SYSTEM, ANTI-VIRUS, MICROSOFT OFFICE RELATED TROUBLESHOOTING. PREPARE/ PROVIDE ALL INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION (TECHNICAL), SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE (PROCEDURAL) RELATED DOCUMENTATION FROM TIME TO TIME. MAINTAIN AND UPDATE ALL WEBSITE OF OUR COMPANY. APPLICATION SOFTWARE (MS OFFICE, ADOBE PHOTOSHOP, ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR, VIDEO)
MikroTik (RouterOS & Router Board 640G) Gateway Server, NETGEAR Router, Tally Server (Accounts), WHM, cPanel, Mail Server, FTP & NAS Server (CentOS-6) Configure, & monitoring.

*Understanding about LAN/ MAN/ WAN equipment's like Router, Hubs, Switches and Server for proper Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting.
*Installed network systems and performing analysis, reporting on network/system applications related to the PSS suite of applications.
*Giving solution through Remote Access via Team-Viewer, AMMYY and over the Cellphone to other branches.
*Proper Anti-virus support to the user PC/Workstation.
*Troubleshoot Email client such as- Outlook Express, Eudora, Thunderbird and etc.
*CCTV & DVR Maintaining.
*Users PC (MAC, WINDOWS & LINUX) Troubleshooting & Maintenance.
*Data Backup & Restore all servers.
Maintaining network, all computer/PC, laptop, printer, scanner and related equipment.
Hardware and Software Installation and troubleshooting.
Responding user inquiries on technical issues and providing solution.
Proper Anti-virus support to the user PC/Workstation.
Troubleshooting email client, such as-Outlook (aIl versions), Outlook Express, Eudora, Thunderbird etc.
