•Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
•Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows.
•Meet with clients to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback.
•Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet delivery requirements. .
•Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers.
•Participate in the coordination of engineering changes or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material flow.
•Appraise vendor ability through on-site visits and measurements.
•Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and quality assurance, to identify or qualify new suppliers.
•Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials.
•Select transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution.
I had the opportunity to be managing 13 Warehouses Facilities 4 Finished Product Warehouses, 1 Packaging Warehouse, 1 Spare Parts Warehouse, 1 In-Process Warehouse, 1 In-Process Cold Storage and 5 Cold Storage Facilities.
* Established a new MRP system that result in 13% late deliveries reduction, and 25% inventory level reduction.
* Developing of new SOPs, warehousing procedures, goods handling routing that result in less recalled products and storage defects.
* Relationship management of suppliers and contractors.
* People management: responsible for the warehouse teams,
including appropriate staffing levels, recruitment and development of individuals.
* Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse facility for storage of raw, production, in-process, maintenance materials and finished products.
* Responsible for the storage of materials for easy accessibility while maximizing storage space available.
* Coordination of receipt and storage of materials received. ‘Goods Reception.
* Coordination of supply of materials to the Manufacturing department as and when required. ‘Material Issuing.
* Coordination of deliveries to logistics team to arrange delivery to customers. ‘Finished Goods Shipping.
* Provide regular and accurate reporting on stock available to procurement department. ‘Min. Reorder Point.
* Purchasing requests issuing and Following-up the requests.
* Material Planning for the production, packaging material and Maintenances spare parts.
* Solving Troubleshoots.
* Stock Evaluation.
*GMP Auditor for the factory team.
*Dealing with all technical date need and insure the quality of our product, insure that our client is aware of how to install the product.
*Give our client the best product to work with their need (Tech. Eng. Dept.)
*Cooperate with our client to give on site evaluation for our products.
*Raising orders to the Manger after negotiation with the Client for best prices, Fast delivery, Warranty period and Fast respond matching with customers contracts details.
*Managing delivery cycle to the customer
*Filling System as a Data Entry.
*Preparing monthly reports (Client Monitoring and Evaluation)
*Doing some of Financial Issues, Dealing with the banks and Checking
Invoices.
*Auditing for the warehouse, Giving the declaration for the supply chain stuff to start arranging the items to be supplied.
* Contacting the foreigner Clients, Preparing there visit schedule to our
Company and showing our activities.
