As an Operations Manager role at Tech Biz, got the opportunity to be part of diverse team to look after the whole aspects of business and responsibility to supervise the overall company operation which start from planning, policy development, budgeting, international sourcing, branding, logistical coordination including customs clearance, inventory management, recruitment, business development, project management, customer relationship management, supplier management, digital marketing planning, research and development on new ideas and products, and Management accounting with overhead controls by closely working with team members reporting to me.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing vision, mission, and key performance indicators for each team and members.
* Developing budgetary and sales targets, and achieve through motivating and staff developments. Closely
monitoring the consistency of achievements and surpassing Key Performance Indicators.
* Reporting to Managing Director with the responsibility of overall Operation and Resources management.
* Controlling management accounts with attention to essential criteria for net profit, including sales and over heads.
* Monitoring and controlling customer care, effective planning, staff training and development, organization and
time management.
* Training the supervisory level staffs to create their own successful and productive team and become effective
team leaders.
* Maximizing every sales opportunity by promoting the highest standards of customer service, recognizing potential
development, and training opportunities.
* Reviewing and evaluating weekly KPI achievement and producing an end of week spreadsheet.
