* Overall supervision and successful completion of assigned projects.
* Directly responsible for the quality standards and Quality Control requirements.
* Drive implementation of projects, resolving risks & issues or offering alternatives to remove barriers and create contingency plans.
* Controls the project costs and the construction programs.
* Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design.
*Compare actual work done against planned and take necessary action to maintain work schedule of projects (s).
* Prepare and issue monthly project reports to the superior.
* Supervise and assess the work on the site.
* Draft requests for proposals and contracts for real estate consultant services.
* Documents preparation regarding joint venture agreement, flat selling agreement & Power of attorney.
* Correspondence with related government authority, landowner & flat purchaser.
Co-ordinaion to get utility connection from government authority.

* Responsible for supervision & planning of construction
* Reporting to the head of engineering division.
* Monitoring daily project activities.
* Contractor & Client dealing.
* Co- ordination with design section.
* Trouble shooting of project problem.
* Preparing Project Management Schedule.
* Manage and prepare the material procurement and submittal schedules.
* Manage and prepare the shop drawings schedules.
* Prepare weekly & daily progress reports.
*Plan and track the material requisitions, purchase orders and delivery schedules .
*Raise concerns for any delay or shortage of material.
Main activities and responsibilities:
* Produce specifications and drawings that have to be centered on written instructions, calculations and equations provided by engineers and designers.
* Has to fine tune and modify plans to suit the needs of manufacturers and architects.
* Draw the diagrams and maps for projects and structure in construction.
* Create plans for foundations of structures along with layout of rooms inside buildings.
