Responsibilities:
Administer internet connectivity and IP telephony across offices, ensuring optimal network and system performance.
• Manage Veeam Backup & Replication, configuring and monitoring jobs, replication, and Azure Blob offload for cloud retention.
• Perform monthly backups of SQL, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and HRM databases.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 Admin Center — user creation, SharePoint sites, Teams, group emails, Power Automate, and SMTP configurations.
• Manage Synology NAS with NFS/SMB shares and redundant storage systems.
• Deploy and maintain VMware ESXi 8.0.2, handling VM provisioning, VLANs, vCenter, snapshots, SSLs, and patching
• Configure and manage Fortinet Firewalls — firmware, security/DDoS policies, SD-WAN, IPsec VPNs, and AD sync.
• Maintain Azure AD Sync, VM deployment, networking, firewall policies, and Azure Blob Cold Storage.
• Administer Microsoft Dynamics 2022 server — user management and SSL coordination.
• Provide support for Real Estate System server — printer, print services, and Oracle DB issues.
• Handle ITSM/Microsoft Helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance.
• Monitor and configure Power UPS systems for automated shutdown and server integration.
• Manage Lenovo XClarity servers — hardware setup, VLAN/trunk configuration, and OS deployment.
• Deploy and manage Cisco 2900 switches and core data center switching.
• Generate SSL certificates (DigiCert), manage DNS (Cloudflare), and perform testing.
• Administer SentinelOne Endpoint Security — agent deployment, weekly scans, USB control, and portal updates.
• Submit daily reports to the EVP Manager and attend monthly review meetings.

• Manage Microsoft Azure and IaaS monitoring, including user management and system performance tracking.
• Administer Windows Server 2016 & 2019 Standard, managing Active Directory (AD), DHCP, and DNS relay services.
• Deploy and manage user profiles, group assignments, and OU configurations in Azure.
• Manage Azure AD Connect for cloud synchronization.
• Administer Microsoft Office 365 accounts, assigning licenses and policies as required.
• Configure Avaya phone systems, apply gateway settings, and create user extensions (coordinate with vendors for major issues).
• Provide remote support for Oracle Inventory System, troubleshooting print delays and Linux centralized printing errors.
• Support Microsoft Dynamics POS, handling KOT issues, invoice management, multiple printer setups, and new installations.
• Manage POS print distribution on Linux (Ubuntu) and Zebra label printing servers for inventory operations.
• Provide support for Xerox YSoft servers, managing connectivity with HP, Xerox, and Konica printers.
• Maintain Windows Server 2016 DHCP and DNS relay integration with FortiGate firewalls.
• Create and manage VLANs on Cisco core switches.
• Administer Fortinet Firewall 1200D, configuring VLANs, routing, user-based traffic shaping, security policies, and DHCP subnets.
• Perform CLI-based troubleshooting and manage web filtering policies by user category.
• Manage Cisco Core (3650G) and Edge (3560X) switches, configuring VLANs, VTP domains, VLAN database sync, and VTY services.
• Oversee Microsoft Hyper-V clusters, deploying and managing VMs for new projects.
• Manage Avigilon NVR servers, creating user access accounts and configuring IP cameras.
• Administer the SentinelOne Security Portal, deploying agents, blacklisting applications, and managing website access.
• Monitor and manage Synology Rack NAS, preparing daily reports for the IT Assistant Manager and attending monthly meetings.
• Administer ManageEngine applications for patch deployment, asset inventory, and remote desktop support for students and staff systems.

• Manage Windows Server 2012 R2 with Active Directory for HQ branch,
maintaining user accounts and group assignments as per department
needs.
• Troubleshoot and manage Sophos firewalls across four locations,
deploying policies, configuring voice VLANs and Manage Site To Site VPN -
over 5 Locations
• Maintain and troubleshoot Sapaad POS application, including inventory
management and printing utilities.
• Oversee biometric machines, configuring access cards, adding new users,
and ensuring devices are operational.
•
Address call center reported issues through email ticketing and site visits,
focusing on PBX 3CX IP phones and Sapaad CRM.
• Manage Google Workspace Admin Portal, including domain DNS entries,
website redirection, and email record creation, as well as backing up old
data.
• Oversee CCTV systems, including Dahua IP cameras and analog cameras,
managing XVR systems at four locations.
• Provide daily updates and reports to the Operations Manager.
• Deliver remote desk support for KSA locations, focusing on Sapaad POS
application and printer utility applications.
• Work with Ajwan POS software, creating user accounts, configuring
cashier privileges, updating item master data, and synchronizing updates
across four locations.

Address SQL database errors on Buffalo Disk Station, utilizing queries for
invoice setup and maintaining a Linux-based print distributor application
to centralize print spooling for all four locations.
• Manage backup processes for Synology and Buffalo systems, creating
incremental backup tasks for the file server.
• Report Issued and Upcoming Updates to Opration officer
