I have to achieve my monthly targets stipulated by the management, meet and greet the customers stepping in the store, help the customers with their basic needs, clean, merchandise the items on the floor in a proper manner, help and teach the new staff fresher's about their roles as a sales executive / associate, high light merchandise the new items as per the Key Merchandising Principles (KMP), which is to be followed strictly. Keep a track record of the key items which is fast moving and the dis continued items which are not selling.
It was an inbound process voice where we had to take calls regarding hp products such as printers computers and laptops, i was with the printers Hp BG beta gamma. It is entirely trouble shooting what we used to do handle customer queries regarding hp printers and solve the issue. There were different parameters through out the call which we had to achieve and solve the issue of the customer, it was a voice tech process after three months of constant training and assessments one can reach the floor. After resolving the issue we had to sell atleast one Hp printer related product eg, cartridge, to close the call as selling was another important part of our job besides tech suppport.
