Pre Bid Phase:
• Preparing BOQ for the project by selecting the best techno commercial offer.
• Preparation of design drawings, filling technical data sheets and develop both Technical and Commercial deliverables required for tender submission.
• Prepare tender documentation queries to consultants/clients to confirm and collect any missing data including; insurance, VAT, technical issue and any regional requirements
• Estimation of Material Cost, Labor Cost, Overhead Charges and profit margin for Project.
• Prepare mobilisation plan, client BOQ and Organisation Chart and final bidding of the completed tender with a good competitive price.
Project Execution Phase:
• Develop engineering project analysis to include preliminary design, calculations, life cycle, and cost plus equipment selection.
• Preparing power system design reports (such as Intelligent One-Line Diagram, Cable Ampacity and sizing, Load Flow Analysis, Short Circuit Analysis, Arc Flash Analysis, Transient Analysis, Switching Sequence Management, Harmonic Analysis) using ETAP software, lighting design reports using DIALux Lighting Software.
• Preparation of electrical shop drawings, method statements and material submittals in conformance with applicable codes and engineering standards (QCS, QGEWC, IEC, NFPA etc.) along with good engineering practices.
• Engineering meetings with client/consultant for clarifications, submissions & approvals.
• Analyze and select the most appropriate suppliers and subcontractors, prepare cost comparative study report to get final selection of supplier / subcontractor & price.
• Material Take off, Procurement and organizing materials, equipment’s & personnel for carrying out electrical installation / construction on schedule.
• Preparation of O&M Manuals and as built drawings.
Develop one-line diagrams as well as worked on the switchgear design of the plant.
Maintain communications with technical & non-technical teams at various levels to successfully monitor progress of the productions.
Maintains and prepares weekly progress reports, drawings and documentation records.
Attended and Successfully Completed 4 years Degree program in Electrical Engineering from University of Jammu, India.
