OPERATIONS - FREIGHT FORWARDING


• Freight Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate end-to-end
freight forwarding processes for sea and air shipments, ensuring smooth,
timely, and cost-efficient logistics execution from origin to final delivery.


• Pricing & Negotiation: Develop and negotiate competitive freight rates
with carriers and service providers while maintaining profitability and
compliance with company standards.


• Client Coordination: Maintain strong communication with international
clients, providing shipment updates, resolving operational issues, and
ensuring high customer satisfaction.


• Vendor & Carrier Coordination: Collaborate with shipping lines, airlines,
and local service partners to ensure operational efficiency and seamless
cargo movement.


• Documentation & Compliance: Manage shipment documentation in line
with international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade
compliance requirements.


• SABER Certification Handling: Proficient in SABER portal registration,
product classification, and preparation of Product Certificate of
Conformity (PCoC) and Shipment Certificate of Conformity (SCoC) by
coordinating technical documents and invoices to ensure smooth Saudi
customs clearance.


• Team Training & Supervision: Trained and guided team members in the
operations department, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and process
efficiency across all logistics functions.


• Shipping Software Expertise: Proficient in industry-specific shipping
software, including BRIDGE, CLIMAX & CSUL-NVOCC, for effective shipment tracking, data management, and operational reporting.

• Led the finance team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion
of all financial operations.
• Prepared and analyzed financial statements, managed WHT filings, payroll,
and reconciliations in line with company policies.
• Oversaw daily cash flow, petty cash, payables, and receivables, maintaining
proper financial control and transparency.
• Conducted bank and terminal reconciliations, coordinated audits, and
ensured adherence to accounting standards.
• Utilized Oracle, Matrix, Climax &CSUL systemsforreporting, documentation,
and financial data management.
• Provided leadership, training, and guidance to finance staff while
collaborating with management on financial forecasting and identifying
cost-saving opportunities.
