Operated SQL systems in Boeing’s Medical Information System to track and insure employee healthcare
information and COVID19 status is up to date and current. Determine if an employee is eligible for
Return to Work for non-complex cases.
● Notify manager of Employee is cleared to return to work via email with date. Evaluate close contact by
record review; if appropriate, release and notify their manager.
● Inputted over 500+ employee data information for the Health services team every month. Escalate
complex cases as needed, into Service Now to determine their eligibility for contract tracing. Review
escalation emails from the WorkLife care Team and problem solve immediately.
● Attended regular meetings with healthcare providers and staff across the healthcare services department to
ensure data inputting into MIS system is accurate and complete.
Registered and administered COVID19 test for 1100 patients daily, following proper protective personal
equipment, HIPAA guidelines, and using the city of seattle’s data application system SOLV for patient
management. Ultimately responsible for data privacy, security, and quality. Addresses inquiries from the
UW Medicine Lab
● Respond to patient inquiries and complaints; researches problems; resolves and reconciles discrepancies;
prepares documents to make adjustments and corrections when errors are detected; and refers patient
requests to appropriate personnel for disposition and/or follow-up as required.
● Updates and maintains accurate account information and patient records in computerized customer
information/database systems ‘SOLV’ by inputting new information and changes; and maintains
statistical records and generates reports as required.
Created a 20 page medical reimbursement protocol for low income pregnant women who qualify for
Doula Services in Washington State for healthcare authority.
● Analyzed Data across counties in the state of Washington to compare the benefits of OB GYN vs
LM/Midwives/Doulas.
● Created and allocated a budget of $800, 000 dollars from the department of health. Created and imported
over 20 graphs a month into tableau software for easy visibility.
Stationed in the dispatch area and work directly with resource team and patient transport staff to assist
with the following tasks: Level Green wheelchair transport, specimen deliveries, wheelchair rounding,
patient discharges, delivering patient flowers and mail, and creating a warm and welcoming environment
for our 100+ patients and visitors
