2. Manage materials request planning, Materials replenishment & Create material request and expedite the pending PR & materials delivery.
3. Manage under & over supply, damage material matter and return to store & supplier.
4. Control & update quantity, value in the inventory master ( for FOC, Re condition &Warranty material receipt)
5. Cataloguing activity, Define the materials & coding, develop item master (Technical specification template with attributes and design parameters related. Each asset type will have its own specific defined list of attributes.)
6. Data cleansing, Research & identify interchangeability spare parts, update in the inventory item master (super seed part number and details) accordingly.
7. Manage and execute, binning & goods receipts, seasonal materials forecast, and logistic strategies. Determine work procedures, materials supply schedule and expedite the work flow.
8. Manage warranty and re built materials & adjust in to inventory master accordingly.
9. Responsible for warehouse layout, Re organize the shelf & warehouse arrangement according to their movement. Utilize the space in the optimum manner.
10. Manage and review frequently parts movement & try to reduce internal and external lead time.
11. Manage all materials management activities are under EHS policy and follow the risk assessment.
12. Review & update material management policy procedure and arrange training staff to perform optimum level.
11. Liaise closely with the Technical Managers on spare parts requirements to ensure that an adequate stock level is maintained in order to minimize the equipment downtime and keep the stock value as low as possible.
12. Supervise and participate new item code creating & standardization and cataloguing, assign accordingly.
13. Define the materials & coding; develop component driven item master (Technical specification template with attributes and design parameters related. Each asset type will have its own specific defined list of attributes.) Stores layout and Inventory management and optimization of spares and auto-reordering process.
14. Research & identify interchangeability spare parts, correct parts OEM details are confirm with end user and update system accordingly.
15. Supervise the directs, if required any updates liaise with Engineering and other end users make sure and update in the inventory item master. Due to any upgrade
16. Periodic Lead time, ABC, FSN, VED analysis if required amends safety stock, ROP, ROQ accordingly.
17. Maintain the higher service level, inventory rotation and eliminate the parts shortage through using the best stock level monitoring.
18. Avoid dead stocks by forecasting the requirements and timely ordering. & identify and list stocks which are likely to become redundant in accordance with set criteria which have been agreed between end user & MC, Finance management.
19. Execute the internal & annual inventory count and if required any parts manufacturer part no, super seeded part no. & interchangeability for update, prepare the list and Liaise with end user & update in the inventory item master accordingly.
