Supervising Major construction Projects
Project management Process groups (Initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Closing) for all the above Projects.
Preparation of Project scope, RFP and Bidding documents (BOQ, Drawings, Specification) for the projects
Management and Risk assessment.
Leading coordination meetings in order to assure progress of Project.
Review and approve all Architectural, Structural and Electromechanical Design and Drawings by coordinating with team members.
Approve all Materials in accordance with the Project Specifications.
Preparing a monthly report and check with project schedule, if need take necessary action for control the project to complete in time.
Verify the quality & safety inspections during the execution of work.
Negotiate for change orders with contractor in order to meet the requirements and complete the project within the Time and Cost
Verify the quantities and approve monthly invoices.
Inform higher management about the changes in cost and time.
Testing and Commissioning: Coordinate with contractor to finalize the Project before informing to the receiving committee.
Closing: Make sure the Project is received by receiving committee.

Projects Detail: ⇨ Nakilat ship repair yard Building (G+6, G+3, G+2)
Project Responsibilities: ⇨ Leading and guiding a team of engineers and technicians for safe and timely execution of project.
⇨ Complete designing, selection, erection and preparation of drawings for ventilation system with riser diagram.
⇨ Planning Material Requirement and Arrangement.
⇨ Preparing Project drawings to get approval from consultant.
⇨ Preparing technical comparison to meet consultant requirement.
⇨ Attending technical / commercial meeting at site with consultant and client.
⇨ Preparation of Material submittals for consultant approval, carryout technical assessment for material and equipment's being procured for the projects.
⇨ Pre-commissioning & commissioning of all mechanical & plumping services.
⇨ Make quality work under industrial safety rules.
⇨ Responsible for complete handover.
3. Thermo L.L.C, Dubai, UAE
Duration: Dec 2005 to Dec 2007
Designation: HVAC Engineer.
Projects Detail: ⇨ Dubai International Airport Expansion Project Phase II
Project Responsibilities: ⇨ Preparation of Material submittals for consultant approval, carryout technical assessment for material and equipment's being procured for the projects.
⇨ Attending Consultant meetings regarding the material submittals and inspection.
⇨ Coordination with client regarding progress and technical issues.
⇨ Carrying out effective client liaison for all projects undertaken
⇨ Oversee the installation of variable and constant air volume duct system as per plans and specification.
⇨ Material Take off & site measurement, Requesting for material.
⇨ Preparing daily, weekly and monthly site report reflecting the progress of work.
⇨ Pre-commissioning & commissioning of all A/C equipment including Air & Water balancing.
⇨ Responsible for complete handover.
