 Monitoring and maintaining current warehouse levels, planning of stores activities for Archirodon Group NV at Jeddah- KSA as Senior Store Keeper.
 Checks availability of stock in the site store and all sites sores against Demand Bulletins before forwarding either to Stores Section Head or to Procurement Department for Requesting items from other sites and/or before proceeding to purchase from market.
 Manages Stocks according to Manufactures’ recommendations.
 Ensures that QA/QC personnel approves (whenever necessary) and section head accepts and sign the delivery notes and/or invoices, prior to stamping and receiving items purchased from market.
 Adheres to and follows-up the HSE rules & regulations strictly, while performing all the store activities.
 Supervises and assists in Loading and unloading of various items in Stores.
 Checking the Invoices/Delivery notes as per order placed, preparing the goods received note (RV) and forwarding the Invoices for the release of payment to supplier and ensuring completion GRN, on time for timely payment to Supplier.
 Keep tracking of consignments under clearance till arrival to warehouse.
 Monitors and controls that the price on Invoice matches that of the purchase order at the physical receipt of items,
 Issuing raw materials to sub-contractors from warehouse as per requirement & reconciliation through ERP.
 Avoids delays in clearance of cash invoices and issuance of stock items to the maximum extent.
 Prepare all the documents (including MRR), accepts deliveries base to MSDS/MDS and updates the stores system on daily basis.
 Ensures that back-up of system is scheduled daily.
 Process all the documents enabling timely monthly closing of store books and distribution of reports to the management and all the section of the sites,
 Conduct annual Physical inventory during the month of Nov every year and supervises smooth operation and submits variance lists with justified explanation to the management.
 Ensures all operations are conducted in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, legislative requirements to ensure overall workplace safety. Mentors less experienced buyers.
 Contacts vendors regarding adjustments, incorrect material, or delivery problems. Coordinates corrective actions
 Metrics: Understands, assess and evaluates all daily, weekly and monthly standard metrics (KPIs) reported by the Supply Chain group, performs other duties as assigned
