Conduct Inspection at site with the client inspection team and get approval for the site work that are being inspected.
❖ Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status.
❖ Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken
❖ Review all inspection reports for compliance
❖ Assist the site QC manager in the organization, maintenance and control of the quality system
❖ Prepare non-conformance reports to the QA manager and assist in developing corrective actions
❖ Assist the QC manager and construction manager in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities
❖ Preparation of Request for Inspection (RFI) for site work as project requirement
❖ Coordinate with the customer’s QC inspectors for the resolution of site problems
❖ Coordinate with the site subcontractors to ensure that communications exist and are maintained
❖ performs the following field and laboratory tests for construction materials such as
❖ checking the Quality of Fresh concrete by various tests, i.e., Temperature, Slump, Compressive Strength
etc.
❖ checking the aggregates by various test, i.e. Sieve Analysis, Bulking of fine aggregate,
Silt contains etc.
❖ Raising and Closing the NCR as per Project Specifications.
❖ Checking of Shuttering and Concreting Works.
❖ Checking and Controlling of Brickworks, Plastering and all other masonry works.
❖ Checking the reinforcement of different kinds of structures like, Footings, Slabs, Beams. Etc. prior to
concreting, as per the Drawings
❖ Inspecting the Erection of Precast Elements, such as Footings, columns, beams,
wall panels, etc.
❖ Inspecting the Grouting Process for precast Erected Elements.
❖ Effectively Implementation of Method Statement,
❖ Studying and Implementation of Material Data Sheets.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
PROFECTIONAL EXPERIENCE: -

❖ Attending the Meetings with Managers and Clients.
❖ Executing and Inspecting all Construction and Erection Works on Site
❖ Other Duties Which may have assigned by the Manager as per project requirements.
