• New Hardware Deployments: Leading the deployment of new hardware, including installations, mounting,
upgrades, and ongoing monitoring to ensure optimal performance.
• Performed end-to-end Dell ECS rack, stack, and cabling, including connectivity to FE switches (Hare, Rabbit)
and BE switches (Hound, Fox) as per Dell ECS architecture standards.
• Executed physical network cabling, port mapping, and connectivity validation between ECS FE switches,
customer core switches, and Kemp load balancers, ensuring high availability and optimal traffic flow.
• Performed Dell ECS operating system installation during cluster deployment, including node initialization,
cluster bring-up, and post-installation validation.
• Executed firmware upgrades on Dell S5248F switches, following change management procedures and validating
post-upgrade network stability and performance.
• Led the replacement of 8 Kemp H4 100G load balancers in the production ECS environment with minimal
service impact.
• Performed hardware break-fix activities on ECS clusters, including replacement of failed drives, SFPs, and
other hardware components, ensuring cluster stability.
• Created and configured ECS components including Storage Pools, Namespaces, Replication Groups, Buckets,
Users, and Policies to manage object storage efficiently

• Node panic and kernel issue / Findings and log analysis and running IOCA script for Health check of the cluster.
• Responsible for Dispatching different Hardware like Hard, Boot drive Drives, batteries, Node, DIMM Memories, NIC,
Networking cables, and Power supplies components of the Clusters Node.
• Also collaborated with the client to find a new BUG and fix, and is responsible for handling node pool, and node panic
issues, and upgrading the latest Firmware and operating system versions available for the cluster, also familiar with the
ESRS & SCG software to log in to the customers cluster, Also aware of Avaya, RSA token.

• Performed administrative tasks on Dell PowerMax and Unity, including LUN/file system provisioning, snapshots,
replication, and health monitoring.
• Supported NetApp StorageGRID administration, including tenant and bucket management, S3 access
configuration, lifecycle policies, and basic troubleshooting.
• Products- Isilon, pure, Unity, VNX, Clarion, NetApp, Storage Grid IBM V7000, Hp3Par
• Performing day-to-day administrative task such as Creating mapping the device, masking the device-server
storage, Generating the device group, establishing, splitting the SRDF links between source and the target.
• Performing day-to-day administrative task such as creating storage, port, initiator groups, Thin pool creation,
Assigning Thin Devices to the host.
• Aggregate management, Volume management and Qtree management in NetApp storage systems.
• As per requirement will Create CIFS shares and assigning to windows hosts
• As per requirement will create NFS exports and mapping to Linux, UNIX hosts
• Have worked on Migrating data from Dell EMC PowerScale to Netapp. And IBM V7000 to Netapp.
• For Migration projects worked with OS Teams, conducting the calls and getting the requirements. Collecting
the storage Prechecks with the application team, If any server is connected to storage which is active.
• Post Migration, following the decommission process such as, removing the servers deleting the luns shutting
down the box process.
• Scheduling Snapshots and restoring data using Snap Restore
• Configuring Snap Vault& Snap mirror replications from DC to DR.
• Will perform Lun provisioning to SAN & NAS environment for Netapp & EMC Isilon.
• Creating/assigning Netapp Volumes & Luns using CLI & Ontap Unisphere.
