* Project Progress Monitoring and ensuring clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective
manner.

means of MIS reports.

* Communicating ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive
attitude and for developing this attitude in others.
* Coordinating between Project teams and HO teams for smooth functioning of projects.
* Acting as single point of contact to site personnel for any issue to get resolve at HO.
