* Prepare review & Submit to Project Manager, Material submittal log, Subcontractor log, Shop drawings, Sample submittal log & Monitor the flow & update weekly.
* Approves bid proposals and specifications, and presents recommendations on purchases requiring management approval.
* Prepare tender documents and relative correspondences as RFQ, RFI.
* Reply tenderer queries to ensure that all data required for tendering are available and clear.
* Evaluate and recommend potential vendors, Suppliers and sub-contractors.
* Receive and analyze vendor offers comparing to specifications and cost budget.
* Negotiate with vendor’s prices and contract conditions in order to meet projects constrains such as quality, time, scope, cash flow and budget.
* Sub-Contractor Qualification. Report and recommend the most acceptable offer, Subcontractor or supplier.
* Issue bid summary and technical compliance statement to management for approval.
* Obtains pre-qualification documents of the successful bidder to be submitted to the Client/Consultant for approval.
* Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend.
• Executed site reports, assisted with organizing and taking after of project activities.
• Drawings execution and conclusions to make quantities for concrete and rebar.
• Built site logistics plans, with arranged delivery of materials.
• Soliciting with sub-contractors and vendors for material procurement.
• Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and screen all exercises identified with Quality administration system.
• Prepared and processed RFI’s, change orders and submittals.
• Knowledge on the overview for the construction of ASH Dyke.
• Excavation, backfilling, formwork, reinforced concreting in water escape structure, flood.
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
• Observe the construction site and ensure that all safety norms and quality measures are being followed, preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
