Major Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with region heads and cross-functional teams to prepare Annual Operating Plan (AOP) & quarterly
forecasts/budgets.
 Prepare comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators &
metrics.
 Analyze monthly P&L, identify inconsistencies, evaluate business performance and provide reasons for the deviation
between actuals and forecasts/budgets.
 Analyze current and past financial data and performance to identify trends and to locate potential risks or
opportunities.
 Provide meaningful insights on the Sales, Factory Costs, Market Costs, Margins and Selling Costs (end-to-end P&L
analysis) to support the senior management in its decision-making.
 Lead the budget/ forecast process - be the single point contact from FP&A and drive the discussions between internal
stakeholders spread across the Finance, Sales, Cost, Marketing and Planning teams.
 Identify & propose process improvement initiatives and implement enhancements to improve the accuracy of the
financial planning and analysis process.
 Identify scope for automation and assist as a SME (process expert) in the course of automation.
 Preparation of month-end closing journals for management adjustment

Significant Achievements:

 Through a combination of automation & standardization projects in 2024, achieved a 30% (550 hrs.) reduction in annual
work hours.
 Leading the FCP (Factory Cost Price) Rationalization project, which involves evaluating the validity of the FCP assigned,
analyzing & identifying FCP deviations against plan data which lead to margin erosion. The objective of this project is to
streamline FCP booking, improve plan accuracy, bring in savings leading to higher margins and support pricing strategy.
 Recognized with Spot Award in 2023 under the category ‘’Take Ownership to Deliver Fast’’ for logic setting and Market
P&L correction in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) cycle.
 Recognized with Spot Award in 2022 under the category ‘’Team Up to Win’’ for onboarding Sleep &Respiratory Care
business into a new platform for forecast submissions - CCP Implementation.

Major Responsibilities:
 Prepare IAS 32 Offsetting Note (Netting & Balance Sheet presentation) for Repos and Reverse Repos.
 Monitor the performance of Repos, Reverse Repo & Trading Portfolio Asset &Liabilities on a periodic basis to identity
and highlight deviations that require attention.
 Make monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory submissions (UK and US) applicable to the entity.
 Prepare MIS reports on a periodic basis for Director’s Review Pack.
 Establish internal controls and undertake periodic verification of reported numbers.
 Analyze & provide monthly commentaries to substantiate the portfolio movements.
 Assist the regulatory teams with data to respond to audit queries.

 Gained solid exposure in the areas of Accounting, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Indirect Taxes (Service Tax, Excise Duty,
Customs Duty & Sales Tax) and International Taxation- Transfer Pricing & Tax Planning.
 Played an integral role in the Statutory & Tax Audit teams of public and private sector companies in insurance, banking
& manufacturing industry.
 Undertook assignments relating to preparation and filing of annual returns & other E-forms with the Ministry of
Corporate Affairs (MCA).
 Preparation & filing of Direct and Indirect tax returns.
 Assist in Income Tax Scrutiny Cases.
