Guide users over phone/email for issues face on TeamSite users
Go in net-meeting sessions with TeamSite users when required for quick resolution of issues.
Update pages and upload files on btw.com when requested by users.
Act as first point of contact for all queries/issues for TeamSite users.
Pass issues to second line team which are out of scope of first line support.
Educate users about details of page templates after initial training.
Answer specific queries about possibility of performing tasks not directly possible from TeamSite GUI.
Audit of users registered in TeamSite.
