Purchase quality sea food product for local market and export according to customer demand, Negotiating competitive price for all sea food products to enhance profitability, Ensuring the quality aspects of products purchased as per the agreed & required customer & organization's standards, Segregates the purchased products according to delivery schedule to ensure fresh and timely supply as per the customer demand, Maintenance of record of purchase & prices as per company's standard guidelines in order to ensure transparency in the transactions. Make cash payments to suppliers based on approved invoices. Making daily quotations to supermarkets (Carrefour’s in all UAE) following L.P.O. and make sure to get full orders. I use to make turnover of 4millions to 5 millions monthly. Performs all other tasks as directed by the immediate manager.
