Assist the Programme Manager in design, planning and development of all livelihood programmes and their timely implementation according to programmatic and financial frames.
•Assist the Programme Manager to build and improve systems to manage the planning, implementation and monitoring of livelihood programs. Coordinate the efficient implementation of program activities and ensure linkages with other MC programs
• Facilitate the field staff in implementation of livelihood interventions; base line surveys, identification of cash for work projects, survey and cost estimation, follow ups of progress, payment to beneficiaries, documentation and reporting, identification and assessment of business grant beneficiaries, disbursement of business grants and follow ups and organizing of field visits.
• Coordinate with M&E to ensure regular entry and update baseline assessments, pre and post implementation formats of C4W projects, business grants assessments formats and business grants monitoring formats.
• Facilitate field staff in development, maintenance and update filing system and record keeping.To maintain proper record of Livelihoods programme in District Swat. Technical assistance in finding the cash for work projects and business grants identification, assessments, cheques distribution and follow up.
• Oversee and ensure programme financial and material resources, carry out periodic expenditure analysis, preparation of PRs, prepare reports and coordinate with finance and admin section for budgetary and logistic matters.To improve living standard and income of the community through their business development and cash for work activities.
• Assist the Programme Manager in preparation of regular updates, narrative and financial reports for MC Head Office, donors and other partner institutions.To prepare reports and conduct one case study per month
• Representation of livelihood programme in various coordination meetings
