Lead and oversee the Finance Department’s daily operations to ensure high performance, employee engagement, and alignment with organizational objectives. Manage the development, consolidation, and control of annual budgets (OPEX, CAPEX, and manpower), including forecasting, variance analysis, and compliance with approved financial plans.

Provide accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial information through effective accounting systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and international accounting standards. Oversee core accounting functions including general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, fixed assets, cost and revenue allocation, and financial closing and consolidation.

Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions. Manage financial risks and ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and internal controls.

Advise top management on the financial implications of new projects, conduct due diligence, and support strategic decision-making to safeguard corporate interests. Develop finance policies, procedures, KPIs, and strategic objectives, and ensure clear communication of financial guidelines, roles, and accountabilities across the organization.
