Responsibility:
Answer telephone inquiries in an efficient, friendly and professional manner
Manage the administration and maintenance of the company records database accurately and efficiently
Type up information as requested accurately and efficiently
Preparing Manpower report and keep to update it day by day who are come and out to Ruwais Projects
Arranging accommodation and send them to their accurate project who are coming to Ruwais projects
Preparing the mobilization and demobilization plan for the Ruwais all Projects
Responsible for keeping all project records updated as Soft & hardcopy for easy retrieval.
Sorting and distributing/organizing incoming documents and organizing and sending outgoing post.
Arrange CNIA Pass for the employees who are working inside the oil field plant and maintain its record in the spreadsheet.
Supporting all Site Managers, Construction Managers and Project Engineers
Issuing of Internal Memo as per Head office Instruction
2. Prosafe PLC Replacement Project GASCO Ruwais Abu Dhabi
Work as a Coordinator
Responsibility:
Ensure availability of material at site
Arrange Gate Passes for employees and all vehicle of site.
Arrange Passes for Outgoing and incoming materials
Arrange inspection for Vehicle and all site equipments
Arrange daily all permits for the work at site
3. 400 Accommodation units Construction Project ENEC BARAKA Abu Dhabi
Work as a document clerk
Responsibility:
Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
Strict adherence to the internal & Client provided documentation procedures
Log incoming and outgoing documents from clients and contractor, make sure they receive relevant documents and make sure copies of relevant documents / certificates are held
Properly filling and Binding of all documents
Maintain weekly Manpower Report
