meeting with Consultants to assure specification of products- contractors and potential End user to assure coverage across all fields of Business.

Provide training and regular briefing sessions to the front line staff (salesmen, promoters, merchandisers).
Prepare the yearly budget, quarterly Sales Forecast and follow all the programs that manage to maximize our profit.
Supervise and follow up with sales team on achievement of sales target.
Drive the marketing to submit marketing & communication plans (mass mail, POS materials, Brochure, product launch)
Manage the weekly sell thru of re-seller storefront business. Working closely with re-seller store managers on demand generation activities.
Unify retail price for the product across the market.
Create successful retail programs along with detailed operation for banking and public Sector.
