Manage the set of logistics, expediting and supply management activities in aim to achieve efficient material supply of BP Purchase Orders in support of their Rumaila Oil Field Project in Southern Iraq.
Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships to assure effective communication flow. Liaising with clients, vendors and suppliers to achieve accurate status tracking, prioritization and coordination of material deliveries between suppliers and client nominated freight forwarder (3PL provider). Responsible all operational activities and coordination on local project Level.
Coordination and prioritization of shipments with client nominated 3PL provider from central receiving facility in UAE and China towards project in Southern Iraq.
Assure the standardization of processes and systems according to Project requirement.
Management of shipping documentation (PL, CI, COO, etc.) to ensure compliance with BP and SOC standards and the requirements for customs clearance of shipment entries to Iraq.
Managing MEPSC Expediting team consisted of 17 employees
Develop and establish internal strategies and procedures to ensure sustainable growth, continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction.
Extensive management of expediting activities, Vendor Management program, material receiving, QAQC and OS&D process and US Government Material Property Control with aim on reduction of delivery cycle time, reduction of cost of process and increase of “on time” deliveries. Ensure full compliance to local Customs rules and requirements, and US Government Property and Procurement Control procedures.
Managing activities related to “direct on site” material deliveries, import/export and customs requirements for Ex-Stock Receiving and Shipping actions within MEA region for US Government and Commercial Oil & Gas projects.
Establishment, implementation, training and compliance to all health, safety and security requirements.
Support and manage MEPSC Vendor Management program, establishment of KPI for vendor deliveries, monitoring of vendors delivery performances, regular performance overview meetings with suppliers aimed to enhance cooperation, performance improvements and reduction of delivery cycle time, late deliveries and process cost reduction.

Manage the entire vehicle maintenance warehouse operation and team consisted of 10 employees.

Manage the storage and stock of broad types of vehicle spare parts, lubricants, oil, tires, consisted of more than 4500 different line items, and ensure that inventory control is in full compliance to USG PCP and FAR/DAR requirements.
Establish and manage the stock replenishment process to include stock tracking, parts ordering and coordination of purchasing activities with Procurement centers in Kuwait and Houston, continuously striving on improvement of delivery cycle time.
Develop and establish process and relations required to provide spare parts support for vehicle maintenance missions in Kuwait and Iraq to include logistics planning, customs compliance, import/export, and coordination with other departments required to arrange transportation and delivery of material to location where needed.
Providing warehouse support in vehicle “cannibalization” process (parts selection, receiving and storage).
Assistance to company’s internal and external, US Government DCMA audits
Develop and provide training to warehouse employees, new hires and other company stuff.
Establish and manage the Material Control Department within the KBR operation as part of the
LOGCAP III support mission in northern Iraq.
Establish the operation in compliance to FAR/DAR and USG Property Control Procedure to implement requisition process and supply of material for KBR projects within US Military camps in northern Iraq
Management and coordination of purchasing activities with Procurement centers in Mosul, Kuwait, Amman and Houston with aim on reduction of delivery cycle time and process and performance improvements.
